Mother’s Day is here, and I’m wondering if you’ve thought about getting Mom some quality, low-dose (or no dose!) products? And through mymilligram’s partnership with Sava, you can get your order easily delivered right to your door before Sunday because trust, I know, we’re all busy. And you never call, ha-ha.

Moms often have aches, pains, and some anxiety too (why must you make her worry so much?), so high-CBD tinctures are a great starting place.

Topicals are also a winner. My sweet mother is getting a jar of the Extra-Strength Releaf Balm for Mother’s Day (it’s really helping with her arthritis, and has a pleasant, creamy texture).

A big hit with everyone, and not just moms, is the Om Edibles CBD Raw Sipping Cacao. All you need is a spoonful of this delicious cacao that is full of antioxidants and CBD (with barely a smidge of any THC at all, so Mom won’t get high); she’ll love it in her coffee or on those pancakes you made for Mother’s Day morning like the sweet child you are.

Om also makes some lovely Epsom salt bath soaks, from lavender to rose geranium, which (again) will not get Mom high, but she’ll feel relaxed and happy after a bath. (And smell gorgeous.)

Level Tablinguals are a perfect starting point to go low and slow with Mom, since she won’t need to smoke anything to enjoy some benefits from cannabis. Start with the Remedy/CBD and then try the delta-8/Soothe (read my piece for more). Bonus: the Tablinguals taste nice and minty, with no off-putting dank flavors (moms tend to not like those).

I also had my mom try CBD via the Kin Slips Park Life sublingual strips—they have a bright mango flavor, and offer a solid 10mg of CBD per strip. (I get a nice, chillaxed feeling about 15 minutes later, but not sleepy or woozy.)

A couple more ideas: the HoneyPot Infused Honey is a beaut (beginner moms would love the Coming Down/CBD, and a small teaspoon of the Going Up/THC would offer a microdose of 3mg THC if Mom is exploring THC a little).

And then there’s tea! The line of Kikoko cannabis-infused teas is a fave with moms (and dads, too!)—I recommend the Sympa-Tea (rich with 20mg CBD—and since there’s also 3mg THC per sachet, have Mom start with a smaller/half-portion to start).

Or, you can go full-on and get Mom on board with one of the mymilligram curated boxes! You can explore my favorite low-dose products together. From the pre-flight box to the priority boarding box, either box comes with a beginner guide, so she won’t have to ask you too many questions (but you’ll still need to answer questions about her computer, LOL).

And don’t forget to point Mom to my article on Advice for Trying THC for the First Time. Don’t get Mom high! (Unless that’s what she wants.)

Thanks to all our precious mothers, from our mamas to mother earth to this beautiful female plant!
