From tight shoulders to lower-back pain, give it all a spritz of Apothecanna Extra-Strength Body Spray. This product is genius: you can spray it on your shoulders or awkward places on your back, all by yourself. Upside down, go for it. And no oil slick on your collar from trying to rub in a lotion or salve.

The spray offers a 1:1 CBD-to-THC ratio, and features a double dose of plant-based extracts like peppermint, juniper, and arnica for stubborn aches and pains. And man, is this stuff effective. If you like icy-hot sensations, this spray is the business.

It’s a topical, so you won’t get high from it. What you will feel is a cooling sensation, ahhhh, and then it will warm up in a few minutes and be a little prickly/tingly as it works its icy-hot magic. Things should be feeling different in about 10 minutes. Just don’t spray on any sensitive areas (ow).

It’s great before or after a workout, and would be good for sprains. Got a kink in your neck or pain from a migraine? Spritz it! Anyone who works on their feet should try this on their calves. Ladies, try it on your lower abdomen for cramps. Having a hot flash? Cool down with a spritz on your neck. I love the menthol and minty notes too—it felt good on my chest when I had a nasty chest cold. Inhale!

You can reapply throughout the day: you get 316 sprays per bottle, and Apothecanna recommends 10 pumps a day. It’s easy to throw into your bag and take it with you. This Colorado-based company was the first CBD company in the U.S., and has been putting a lot of research into their formulations, since 2009.
